Prices include:
Electricity,water, kitchen gas and heating. Breakfast and change of bed linen, table linen and  towels are included for room but not for apartment.

Prices exclude:
Bed linen, table linen and  towels is not included for apartment. We rent them 6 Euro/guest. 
Weekly cleaning: 50 Euro per apartment.

Cleaning  and cooking service:  8 Euro/h

Washing machine: 5 Euro

Baby sitting is available.

Discount for children (0-6 years old): 40% discount for the price of  apartment/room above. 

An advanced payment of 30 % of the entire amount is required before your staying.(the payment will be done via swift/bank transfer or eurocheque).
